SUBJECT: WE ARE PLEASE TO ANNOUNCE OUR NEW ACQUISITION of Jamison Computer

Greetings Valued Customers,

As we are nearing the completion of 2022 and begin to plan ahead to 2023, we want to bring innovations across key functions of your warehouse and distribution business. One of the improvements that we will focus on will be providing more updates through email and our website. We believe that open communication that is transparent and timely will allow us to maintain and build upon the trust that you have placed in us by using our software to run your business. We deeply appreciate this trust and support and see its continuation as one of the fundamental business goals of our organization! We are excited to share three key elements which we hope to create a positive impact on our customers.

1. Business Continuity Plan: Thomas Jamison and his team have provided steady and reliable services for 25+ years to his customers and thereby have earned your trust. To continue to retain your trust and increase our value, the decision was recently made to merge Jamison ERP assets with VAS Software & Marketing. This partnership will introduce current ERP software applications with modern tooling utilization, digitization, and automation for our customers.

Tom Jamison will continue as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – ERP Solutions for our Warehouse& Distributor Business Segment. As CTO, Tom’s expertise will be available to customers and to the internal teams.

2. Responsive Customer Support: VAS global staff in conjunction with a partner eco-system will provide extensive support via best-in-class ticket tracking system and purpose-specific response Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Customers now can call a 1-800 phone number, speak to a live person or leave a voice mail. Voicemails instantly activate a ticket in the system which triggers an immediate global team triage process.

3. Customer Solutions Team: Creation and empowerment of a dedicated team will work to represent your needs to various internal software and engineering departments. The customer solutions team will continue to learn about you and your business needs and maintain an operational focus until the problems you face are resolved. Additionally, members of this team will reach out to share new products and services and/or to update our information about your priorities and your business needs.

In the coming months, we will begin reaching out to answer any questions you may have and discuss your renewal contract as well provide you with more information on our new products and services.
